The Baby Bank & Beyond CIC is based in Hellingly near Hailsham.
We provide good quality donated baby and children’s items age 0-10 years to families in our community that may currently be finding things difficult to provide essentials right now. Items include clothing, toiletries, bedding, toys and equipment like cots, prams and highchairs.
Currently we are providing basics for around 60 children a month both via agencies like social services and direct. This month we should provide our 3000th bundle.
We are desperately seeking premises to operate from and we are hoping to rent or be hosted by a church or community group. We are not able to run as a ‘pop up’ event (using a space for a couple of hours a week) due to the stock we keep and the amount that we have.
If we don’t find space, we will have to close.
